Düsseldorf - Fan Zones
Düsseldorf will have two fan zones. One on Burgplatz square and the other outside the Schauspielhaus theatre building (see second map).
Burgplatz sits between the Rhine and the old town (as seen on the map below) and the fan zone there will be open on every day of the Euros, with a varied programme of entertainment as well as the screening of the games. The city tourist boards adds: "If that's not enough, football fans can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in Düsseldorf on the steps from Burgplatz to the banks of the Rhine." The 'Fan Zone Schauspielhaus' will be on Gustaf-Gründgens-Platz, a public square in front of the curved façade of the theatre building (marked on the map below). On every Euro 2024 matchday there will be screenings of the games, music and other entertainment provided there. In the evening, the façade will be illuminated. More here: Fan Zone Schauspielhaus
